Kristy helped us with both selling our home and finding our dream property. Kristy did an outstanding job for us when we were buying our house last month. She had constant updates sent to me on possible houses we may be interested in. I saw a house that had just moments before hit the market. I notified her. She got us in to see the house 1 hour later. We were the first people to see it, we put in an offer on the spot. 5 hours later we owned that house. She went above and beyond what I think any realtor would have done in those 5 hours. I will not deny that I referred to her as Kickass Kristy after that. If anyone is looking for a realtor, she is the one for you!
Absolutely amazing realtor. Cannot say enough. Had multiple offers on the house we were selling and it was was under contract in a week! This girl knows what she's doing!! Unbelievable customer service skills, marketing skills, and management skills. Would recommend her over anyone else in a heart beat. Best realtor out there.
