Super excited to have gotten an ACCEPTED OFFER last evening on this gorgeous home, with acreage, south of Eau Claire. After negotiating on a few homes, researching extensively & cooperative sellers who were willing to answer questions and communicate, my buyers were able to find a property that fit their needs AND felt like home.

Kristy did an outstanding job for us when we were buying our house last month. She had constant updates sent to me on possible houses we may be interested in. I saw a house that had just moments before hit the market. I notified her. She got us in to see the house 1 hour later. We were the first people to see it, we put in an offer on the spot. 5 hours later we owned that house. She went above and beyond what I think any realtor would have done in those 5 hours.
